All customized products are made to order based on the personalization details provided by the customer.

Orders are typically processed and crafted within 5–7 business days before dispatch.

During peak wedding seasons, festive periods, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability and location.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping Across India on all prepaid orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Wedding Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Wedding Bazaar will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

As all our products are customized and made exclusively for each customer, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

We currently accept prepaid orders only.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
